将来は自転車に関わる仕事をしたい。

K君は、もともとほとんど自分から話しかけることのない子でした。ライド中、他のチャレンジャーのパンクに自分から対応したことで、周りから感謝され、それが小さな転機になりました。2年目には整備担当に任命され、自然と人と話すようになり、3年目には他のチャレンジャーをまとめるリーダーに。CFC外でも自らサイクリングを企画・実行するまでに成長しました。
K was a quiet young person who rarely spoke up. During a ride, he stepped in on his own to fix another challenger's flat tyre — the gratitude he received became a small but defining moment. In his second year he was appointed team mechanic and naturally started talking with more people. By his third year he was leading other challengers and organising his own cycling events outside CFC.
